WHY?

If there is a god, he has a warped sense of humor, or is just too fucking lazy to begin the apocalypse/end the simulation that is our universe. Apart from attacking the obvious 'unnecessary organs' problem (as evolution is covered by the idea of a simulation or a tweaked simulation), why do we have such free will, but are still bound by rules? is there some rule god/the gods have to obey that says "you can't let everyone into heaven"? If we are crafted after "God", as the bible suggests, why can we get fat? why do we need exercise? why cant we just make stuff appear using thoughts?
are we the nerfed model of god? why would such a loving being do that, because as the bible cannot stress enough, "God loves everyone". I can understand the idea of this, but WHY would a God "love" Hitler, or Stalin, or anyone else who actually manages to define themselves as evil to everyone. If he does, what kind of crazed god are they? If i continue this rant for any longer, It'll be as linear as TIMECUBE
